What is the policy on returns?
We will accept return of good within 28 days from date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging. Outside 28 days you will need to complete a warranty claim form.
Will I have to pay for returns?
We will cover the cost of faulty goods or goods sent in error.
How do I arrange the return of a faulty good or goods sent in error?
You will need to contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a collection.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name and contact number
- The date you would like the item to be collected
- Your collection address
- The reason why you are returning the item and if you require a refund or an exchange
Please note we can only collect Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00
Once your collection has been booked in, we will provide you with a confirmation email.
If you would like to return an item purchased outside of the UK & Northern Ireland, please use our returns portal which can be found here and input your order number and email address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) we will refund the total value of the returned goods, excluding the cost of any taxes & duties, to the account used to pay for the goods initially. In compliance with current European legislation, you are allowed 14 days from the receipt of goods to notify us of a return/cancellation and a following 7 days for those goods to reach us; however we will accept proof of postage in the event of any delay caused by your chosen courier, which results in a breach of this timeframe. Any returns outside of this period, (21 days from the receipt of goods) will result in the issuing of a credit note to the value of the returned goods.
Note that for international orders, we will only refund return shipping costs in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty items. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
