Covid-19 Statement

UK orders

Our online business is open as usual but we’re experiencing some delivery delays. We expect UK orders to arrive within 10 days.


Our UK courier partner is DPD and we’re in regular contact with them to ensure your order arrives safely. Contact-free delivery is now a standard process and you won’t be asked to sign handheld units. You will still be able to track and trace your parcel as before.


International orders

We are open online for international orders (orders made from outside the UK), but we are experiencing severe delivery delays.

The length of the delay will vary depending on local responses to the Covid-19 pandemic. In some instances, this delay may be up to 6 weeks.


Online returns extended

We’ve extended our returns period for orders from 30 days to 60 days, as we understand it might take longer than usual to arrange a return.


Retail store returns

If you’d like a refund or exchange for an item that you bought in our retail stores which are currently closed, please email customer.service@antler.co.uk and the team will be able to assist you.


Customer service

Our customer service team is working from home, and they are still on hand to answer any questions.


UK retail stores

We have closed our retail stores, but our online store is open 24/7.
