UK deliveries

The good news is that it's business as usual for our UK orders, and we’re not expecting any delays to your deliveries.

Our UK courier partner is DPD and we’re in regular contact with them to ensure deliveries arrive safely. Contact free delivery is now a standard process and you won’t be asked to sign handheld units. You will still be able to track and trace your parcel as before.


Extended returns period

From Tuesday 24 March we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 60 days as we understand it might take longer than usual for you try out your purchase or arrange for a return.


Live chat

Our customer service team is working from home, and they are still on hand on live chat to answer any questions.


UK retail stores

Following the government’s advice, we are closing all retail stores temporarily, but our online store is open 24/7 for business as usual. We will continue to monitor the situation and will be reviewing the decision of when to re-open our stores when the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers can be protected.


Employee wellbeing

All staff who are able to, are working from home.

Our retail store staff will continue to be paid during the temporary closure of our stores.
