Warranty Claim Form

If you are having an issue with an Antler product that is within the warranty period please fill out the below form so we can begin to deal with your claim.

Please Note: Your warranty claim cannot be processed unless we receive a copy of your proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged goods.

TSA lock issues caused by incorrect setting of the lock, using the lock incorrectly, or forcing the lock open, are not covered under the warranty.

If your goods are still within the first 12 months of purchase please return to the retailer to resolve the matter. 

The Antler warranty does not cover damage caused by 3rd party handling whilst travelling. Full terms and conditions regarding your Antler warranty can be found here.

  • If purchased within the past 12 months, please contact the retailer the product was purchased from who will assist you further. If the goods were purchased more than 12 months ago, please continue to complete this documentation.
