What is your policy on returns?

We will accept the return of any goods within 28 days from the date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging, including the dust bag, and must be unused.

Please note that items that have been personalised for you (such as luggage straps or bag tags), or are for personal use (such as ear plugs) are excluded and not available for return.

Do I have to pay for a return?

No, returns are complimentary. 

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return please visit our returns portal at this link. Enter your order number — it will start with the letters UK — and postcode and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please send the order back in its original packaging, including the dust bag. 

Once your return has been booked in, you will receive an email and/or text alert from Antler. 

When we have had confirmation that your order has been received back in our warehouse, we will process your refund. The process from collecting your order to receiving your refund can take up to 14 days for UK returns and may take longer for international returns. 

When do you collect products? 

We arrange collections in the UK Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. 

Can I exchange my purchase for another item?

The best way to do this is to return your unwanted item via our Returns system here and place a new order. We will refund your return when it's been received back to our warehouse which takes up to 14 working days from the date of collection. We're not able to take part payments or facilitate part refunds. 

Do you refund delivery costs? 

In the UK we offer free standard delivery within 3-5 days with our courier partner DPD. For an additional cost, we also offer next day and express delivery options, which you can select at the check out. If you then go on to return your purchase, we are unable to refund these delivery costs.
