We will accept the return of any goods within 28 days from the date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging and must be unused. Please note that items that have been personalised for you (such as luggage straps or bag tags), or are for personal use (such as the ear plugs) are excluded and not available for return.
Will I have to pay for a return?
No, in the UK, the cost of the return will be covered for any goods that are returned within 28 days from the delivery date.
How do I arrange the return of a goods?
For UK returns, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to arrange a collection.
Please state 'Return request' clearly in your email subject header, and include the following in your email:
Order number (it should start with the letters UK)
Number of items to be collected
Date options for when you would like the item to be collected. Please provide at least three dates, Mon-Fri only, and submit this request at least 7 days ahead of the first of these dates
The reason why you are returning the item
If you require a refund or an exchange
Please note we can only collect Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00.
Once your collection has been booked in, you will receive an email and/or text alert from our courier collection partner, DPD.
When we have had confirmation that your order has been received back in our warehouse, we will process your refund. The process from collecting your order to receiving your refund, usually takes 7-10 days.
If you would like to return an item purchased outside of the UK & Northern Ireland, please use our returns portal which can be found here and input your order number and email address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) we will refund the total value of the returned goods, excluding the cost of any taxes & duties, to the account used to pay for the goods initially. In compliance with current European legislation, you are allowed 14 days from the receipt of goods to notify us of a return/cancellation and a following 7 days for those goods to reach us; however we will accept proof of postage in the event of any delay caused by your chosen courier, which results in a breach of this timeframe. Any returns outside of this period, (21 days from the receipt of goods) will result in the issuing of a credit note to the value of the returned goods.
*Note that for international orders, we will only refund return shipping costs in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty items. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
