"The two pieces are perfectly complementary, making comfortable business travel easy. The carry on case fits easily into overhead bins and the rucksack fits effortlessly under the seat in front. Both have generous capacity for a 3 or 4 day trip. The rucksack is light and carries all necessary business-related technology appliances, cables and adaptors. After 25 years + worth of travelling, this is the best combo I have found."

Excellent backpack as an addition to luggage set

"Bought to match set of 3 cases in Soft Stripe Forest Green. Delighted with this set and this backpack is the ideal size to take on board a plane as hand luggage. It's sturdy and well made with a myriad of useful pockets and compartments. It opens like a suitcase in a clam-shell fashion and has handy press-stud sectioners so you could pack clothing in it and it would remain neat and tidy. It also has a useful band on the back which you can slide a suitcase handle through and perch this on top of your case to wheel through the airport with ease. This set not only looks good, it's thoughtfully designed for travelling, very lightweight and smart but robust enough to withstand the rigours of air travel checked in baggage. Also all cases inc backpack come with their own handy drawstring bag to keep them dust- free between uses. Recommended."

Versatile overnight bag for long travels

"This backpack is beautifully made - it's robust and neat. I like the way the main part of the pack opens out like a clam-shell, with the option of clips that hold it partially closed if necessary. I specifically chose this backpack for 21 days' continuous travel by ferry, rail and bus from Harwich to Stavanger via Oslo. The size was within the limit on hand-luggage when I was travelling by bus in Norway. The backpack was great as an overnight bag as it held a spare pair of trainers, pyjamas, toiletries and snacks - plus my water bottle. This meant that there was no need to open my large case on one-night stays on the ferry or in an hotel. My only reservation is that there is no waist-belt - I feel that an optional/detachable waist belt would make the backpack so much more comfortable and easy to carry because it would distribute the weight more evenly."

Ideal for aeroplane carry-on bag

"A nice, relatively small and compact rucksack designed for ease of travel on aeroplanes. It's a nice touch that it has a laptop compartment for business travel. The loop to allow it to sit on top of a suitcase is a useful feature. It appears to be well-made and of decent quality."
