However the lock is quite fiddly - the reset button is very small and difficult to press, and I locked myself out on the first attempt at setting the code, although customer service were very quick to respond and offer help."

The inside of the suitcase is lovely too. Would love if Antler made washable covers for the cabin sized suitcases as sometimes you are forced to check your cabin bag at the last minute or it might face a ride in the lower hold of an express bus to the airport!"
