"Really pleased with this backpack. It feels well made, is comfortable to carry and has loads of space without feeling too bulky. The clamshell opening makes it really easy to pack, and I’ve found it just as useful for taking to work with my laptop as I have for weekends away. I’d definitely recommend getting the packing cubes as well. They fit the bag perfectly and make it much easier to keep everything organised and make the most of the space. Overall, a great backpack and I’d happily recommend it."

Gorgeous rucksack

"Absolutely love this bag! Perfect for work travel where it fits under the airplane seat, along with a small case I can easily do a full week working away. Easy access to laptop etc in back sleeve pockert. Clam shell opening and lots of great pockets, but not so many I get confused! Gorgeous colour and really well made, as one would expect from Antler. I really regret buying a cheaper bag first - as the saying goes, by cheap, by twice! Very pleased."

Dark forest green 28l backpack.

"The discovery back pack I chose in dark forest green to complement my other discovery luggage items is very good, There are a large number of clever storage compartments I find this item very useful if I’m travelling for one or two days as I can easily store all the items I need in this one backpack, however it also acts as an extra small case when I’m travelling for longer with my discovery wheeled duffel, the strap is well padded and very comfortable to wear. One other ingenious idea is the pouch on the back which allows you to store the backpack over the telescopic handle of the wheeled duffle very handy when checking in at an airport or travelling around the airport terminal, I would not hesitate to recommend this backpack which is very well made like all my other antler products."

"Love love love - good quality sturdy rucksack. Agree with others that it will go over the EasyJet limit if overpacked but that's the same with any rucksack. I would have liked a chest strap but am happy with the quality and number of pockets."

"Needed to upgrade my travel backpack and having previously bought Antler luggage and knowing the quality, I went for the Discovery 28L. Brilliant design, loads of compartments, great for clothes as well as the work laptop. And the quality again is exactly what you’d expect - top notch! Carbon black looks fab too. Would highly recommend to anyone who travels regularly, short trips, 2 to 3 days no problem."

The build quality is exceptional,

"The build quality is exceptional, I've never had such a stylish and functional bag before, the straps of the bag are very comfortable and robust, I specifically really enjoy the details such as the two handles one for the top carry and the other to hold on the side. Another detail I absolutely love is the X shaped clips on each side to secure the bag, I recently used it for a trip and it held up perfectly, the weight distribution is also really good on my back considering I filled it up completely. This is the perfect bag for me, so much attention to engineering and a beautiful design. I'd recommend this bag."

Perfect for a weekend break

"I wanted something in-between a day pack and my 35L backpack, something for a weekend break I guess. This worked really well for the 2 night break I took it on, sturdy and just big enough. Lots of useful design points too, the padded laptop sleeve/pocket and the fact the rucksack opens up like a small suitcase were both v helpful."
