The external zip pocket is useful for making documents quickly accessible but would have preferred an option to have a solid bottom (perhaps removable even) as if not a lot of contents it doesn't hold the nice rectangular shape you see in the picture."

The handles clip together which makes it easier to carry and as a shoulder strap if you have other things to carry. You can also attach it to suitcase handles so it sits on your wheelie case.
