"We bought a set of Antler soft shell 13 years ago. We have been lucky enough to travel long haul and in Europe almost every year, and the suitcases are still going strong and look good. Even the wheels are still working perfectly! So when it came time to add to our collection with kids getting older, Antler was our immediate choice. Bought as set and a page popped up during checkout mentioning a free gift but no gift has arrived or been mentioned since - I like nice surprises so am feeling a little sad. I'm a little worried that the zipper on the smallest case does not operate very smoothly and hope that this is not a bad omen."
