However when I checked all the three items, I found a (defect) inside of the medium sized suitcase. I wanted to "return" one item which has a defect. I went to your website, following your (return procedure) I read from your shipment forms. Had a chat (online) with the assistant solicitor? I message her about the "defect" that I saw inside the trunk of the item upon checking on it. She said she will take me to introduce to another staff who would sort the issue for me. She told me to "press" the button and I did. But what I saw was a (Trial Court) ??? I don't have a clue what was the trial court for? I just want to return the defected item. That's all I wanted to do but NOT a trial court!"
