"Beautiful colour and a great Black Friday price. I can’t comment on their use as they’re a gift for my daughter, however I specifically bought Antler because I have a set myself which has been very hard wearing and easy to manoeuvre even when full. The option to expand is also very useful."
I wanted to return one medium size item
"My parcel of three items suitcases (cool grey) were being delivered on Saturday the 6th of December 2025. Thank you for that. However when I checked all the three items, I found a (defect) inside of the medium sized suitcase. I wanted to "return" one item which has a defect. I went to your website, following your (return procedure) I read from your shipment forms. Had a chat (online) with the assistant solicitor? I message her about the "defect" that I saw inside the trunk of the item upon checking on it. She said she will take me to introduce to another staff who would sort the issue for me. She told me to "press" the button and I did. But what I saw was a (Trial Court) ??? I don't have a clue what was the trial court for? I just want to return the defected item. That's all I wanted to do but NOT a trial court!"

"I really love my new antler suitcases. I decided to invest in a more deluxe brand of cases and was spoilt for choice with Antlers design and colour options as there so many nice ones to choose from. I chose the teal set and i absolutely LOVE them! They are easy to manoeuvre and wheel around, they all fit inside one another, look stylish and have a life time warranty. What more could you ask for. They also came the next day in the peak of black friday period, and have already experiences their fast and reliable customer service."
